Chelsea and RNSI entered a strategic partnership in a bid to boost the club's standing in the USA by improving brand awareness through sport, music and entertainment.
Chelsea brand director, Scott Fenton, explained how the club will benefit from the deal.
"This partnership represents a major step forward in how we connect with our fans in the United States," he explained.
"By leaning into culture, music and creativity, we’re building deeper, more authentic relationships with a new generation of supporters," he added.
Speaking during a media roundtable discussion, Yormark revealed the excitement behind the new partnership, adding that the club is looking specifically to boost its standing in the USA.
"We're really excited to work with Chelsea, obviously one of the biggest clubs in the world, they have ambition to become even bigger in America," Yormark explained.
"When you think about the core of this relationship, it's going to really revolve around building their brand and their relevancy in the U.S. market. And we've got lots of different ways that we're going to do that," he added.
The President explained that Chelsea's standing in the USA had grown following their success at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, and added that the plan would be to help Chelsea replicate Sundowns' success during last year's Club World Cup.
"Chelsea participated in the Club World Cup and won the Club World Cup. I think they saw some of the things that we did with Mamelodi Sundowns and how we really built their profile or helped build their profile in America while they were there,"
Yormark explained that RNSI helped Sundowns boost their profile during the tournament with fun activations as well as an endorsement from DJ Khaled.

"While Chelsea doesn't have some of the same challenges that a team from South Africa would, there's room for growth," Yormark said.
