These Terms govern your use of matchday-global.com, operated by El-Kairos International Services (CEO: Oluwatayo Omoniyi). By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

1. What Matchday Global is

Matchday Global is a football media publication: news, transfer reporting, statistical previews, match previews, video highlights, and AI-assisted match predictions. We are a media outlet, not a betting operator and not a financial advisor.

2. Editorial standards

• Every story is written or reviewed by the Matchday Global editorial team, operating under the editorial oversight of our CEO. Some pieces are credited to the house bylines “Matchday Global Staff” or “Editorial Desk” where the piece is a product of collective editorial work or where a contributor has not consented to a named byline. Named bylines are real people; house bylines are not pseudonyms for any individual.
• Transfer reporting follows a four-tier status system: Confirmed, Pending, Rumoured, Rejected. Rumoured items carry a source label — if we cannot attribute a claim to a named reporter or outlet, we do not publish it as confirmed.
• Corrections are appended in-place with a dated note. We do not silently edit published stories.

3. Predictions disclaimer

Our predictions are produced by a statistical model (Poisson-based) calibrated against historical data. They are presented for entertainment and informational purposes only. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past model accuracy is not a guarantee of future results. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose on the back of our predictions — or anyone else’s.

4. Affiliate & partner links

We earn revenue via affiliate relationships with licensed betting operators. These links are clearly labelled Partner and carry the standard rel=“sponsored” attribute. When you click through to a partner and open an account, we may receive a commission. We never receive a commission on your losses specifically — only on the act of acquisition — and that commission does not influence our editorial coverage.

5. Data accuracy

Live scores, standings, fixtures, lineups and statistics are supplied by third-party data providers (API-Football, SportMonks, football-data.org, The Odds API) and are believed to be accurate at the point of display. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy. If a result or stat looks wrong, email editor@matchday-global.com and we will investigate.

6. Intellectual property

All original editorial content, graphics, and code on Matchday Global are © 2026 El-Kairos International Services. You may read, share and link to our stories freely. You may not republish the full text of any article, reproduce it commercially, or train machine-learning models on it without written permission. Team badges, competition logos, and player images belong to their respective rights-holders and are used here under fair-use news-reporting doctrine.

7. User conduct

When you submit a message via our contact form or newsletter, you agree not to:

• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Send unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or otherwise exploit the site’s infrastructure.
• Spam or bulk-submit the newsletter form.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Matchday Global available 24/7 but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may take the site offline for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes without advance notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, El-Kairos International Services is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of Matchday Global — in particular any betting or financial decision you make based on content found here. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and emailed to active newsletter subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.
