Draw against All Blacks just what we planned for – Bechem Utd coach Kobina Amissah

The head coach of Bechem United, Kobina Amissah, has hailed his players for their performance in the Ghana Premier League match against Swedru All Blacks over the weekend, insisting that they did well to secure a draw.

The two teams battling for points at the end of the season to avoid relegation locked horns on Sunday in a Week 32 fixture of the campaign.Although Bechem United equalised first, the team could not defend the lead, as Swedru All Blacks scored to force the match to end in a stalemate.Speaking in his post-match interview, Kobina Amissah applauded the efforts of his players, emphasising that despite failing to win the game, his side achieved their aim at the end of the contest.I thank my players.

Although All Blacks dominated play from the blast of the whistle, we also came into the game to ensure we return home with a point, Kobina Amissah shared.The coach continued, We accept the result, although we believe if we had defended well, we would have taken all three points.Bechem United will now turn attention to their next league fixture against Asante Kotoko.
