Beau Greaves completed yet another PDC Women's Series double to claim her 55th Women's Series crown but a quirk in the PDC rulebooks could soon spell the end of her dominance.

The 22-year-old only dropped 11 legs across her 13 matches with victories against 10-time Lakeside champion Trina Gulliver and Karolina Ratajska - the wife of Poland's No 1, Krzysztof Ratajski.

Greaves - the only current female Tour Card holder - is currently ranked 77th in the world rankings, but should she reach the top 64 she will be ineligible to play on the Women's Series as per the PDC rulebooks.

Darts in 2026: Tournament dates and schedule

The Doncaster sensation has enjoyed a stunning start to 2026, registering two nine-dart finishes and famously winning her maiden PDC ranking title at Players Championship 11 last month.

Greaves built on that momentum on another bumper day of action in the East Midlands, storming through a 91-player field in each event to continue her reign of dominance.

"It's amazing for me to play players that I've always watched growing up," said Greaves, reflecting on her whirlwind start to life on the ProTour circuit.

"Winning a ProTour so quickly was a shock to me. I know I can play darts, but the quality on tour is unreal, so I thought I'd need more time to settle in.

"I want to play on the European Tour and I would love to qualify for some majors, but I know I've got a lot of work to do that.

"I've put myself in a position where if I keep doing well, I might get into these events earlier than expected, but I am really just enjoying it.

"I love darts, I love playing darts, so it's all a bonus for me."

The top eight players on the Women's Series rankings following Event 16 will feature in the women's World Matchplay at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, with Greaves, Lisa Ashton and Fallon Sherrock already assured of their qualification.

The top three players from the final PDC Women's Series rankings will also qualify to compete in the 2026/27 Paddy Power World Darts Championship, with the top-ranked player qualifying for the 2026 Mr Vegas Grand Slam of Darts.

This weekend's Women's Series action will continue with Events 11-12 at Leicester's Mattioli Arena on Sunday.
