Manchester United forward Zirkzee offered to Juventus & Roma

Manchester United have offered Joshua Zirkzee to both Juventus and Roma as the Dutch forward’s time at Old Trafford appears to be drawing to a close, according to transfer expert Nicolò Schira.

The 25-year-old has endured a difficult spell in England since joining from Bologna in the summer of 2024, and United’s hierarchy are understood to have already decided to move him on this summer.

His current market value has dropped to below €25 million, a figure within reach of both Serie A clubs, making a return to Italian football a realistic proposition.

According to Calciomercato.it, Juventus are the more likely destination of the two, with the Bianconeri potentially open to structuring a deal as a loan with an option or obligation to buy.

That would limit the initial financial outlay while giving the club time to assess whether Zirkzee can rediscover the form that made him one of Serie A’s most exciting forwards during his time at Bologna.

Roma’s interest is less defined at this stage, though the club’s need for attacking reinforcements, particularly if a reported move for Mason Greenwood does not arrive, could make Zirkzee an attractive and affordable option.

The former Bologna man knows Serie A well and his agent connections in Italy remain strong. As the summer window approaches, it is a situation likely to develop quickly.
