It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT) at the Stadio Dall’Ara in Bologna.
It’s the final week of the season in Serie A, with round 38 kicking off on Friday with Fiorentina’s 1-1 draw against Atalanta.
Nicolò Casale, Nicolò Cambiaghi, Martin Vitik and Riccardo Orsolini are unavailable for Bologna, while Inter have travelled to Emilia Romagna without Hakan Calhanoglu, Marcus Thuram, Denzel Dumfries and Manuel Akanji.
Inter coach Cristian Chivu will likely rotate his squad, but captain Lautaro Martinez, the Serie A top-goal scorer, is still expected to start up front, alongside Pio Esposito.
According to Gazzetta, Carlos Augusto will start over Federico Dimarco as a left midfielder, while Sky Sport reports that the Italian is the favourite.

The game will be broadcast live on DAZN in the UK and Ireland and Paramount+ in the USA. Football Italia will provide live updates with a liveblog.
Bologna (4-3-3): Skorupski, Zortea, Helland, Lucumí, Miranda, Ferguson, Freuler, Pobega, Bernardeschi, Castro, Rowe.
