Orlando Pirates continue their push towards the Betway Premiership title with a clash against Durban City in their at the Orlando Amstel Arena on Saturday afternoon.
The Buccaneers can edge closer to their first title in 14 years as a win over the Team of Choice will take them to the top of the table ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns due to a superior goal-difference and with a game to spare.
Pirates haven’t lost since the middle of February and secured three wins from their last five matches, including a 3-0 victory over rock-bottom Magesi FC last Saturday.
City, who recently clinched the Nedbank Cup, currently lie in seventh-place on the table.
However, the cup success has been overshadowed by a six-match winless run in the league and have to go as far back as March for their win over Richards Bay FC.
In the reverse fixture, the Buccaneers overcame the Team of Choice with goals from Evidence Makgopa and Relebohile Mofokeng.
