
An Orlando Pirates legend has attributed the Soweto giants' current high-pressure situation to their own shortcomings, which he has laid out.
Following a frustrating 0-0 draw at home against Durban City, the Buccaneers missed a crucial opportunity to claim Betway Premiership honours with a game to spare.

They have it all to do now against Orbit College FC in the season finale at Mbombela Stadium on Saturday, where three points is a non-negotiable.
Mamelodi Sundowns currently lead the standings with 68 points after completing all 30 of their matches, with Abdeslam Ouaddou's charges second on 66 points.
"In football, pressure is an inherent aspect of the game. If players are unable to handle it, it becomes problematic," states Benedict Vilakazi, in conversation with KickOff.
"Playing for big teams such as Pirates, (Kaizer) Chiefs, and (Mamelodi) Sundowns naturally means you're going to experience pressure.
"In this case, I believe Pirates created their own predicament by not capitalizing on their opportunity against Durban City, where a single goal would have been enough.
"They failed to do so, and now they must perform against Orbit College. The situation has then becomes more challenging. They put themselves in this position.

"But Orbit College is not a defensive team, as their philosophy does not include parking the bus. While Pirates are capable of beating them, it will not be an easy task.
Chiefs and TS Galaxy did play their part, now, it is up to Pirates to take responsibility and end the situation," adds 'Tso'.
