Tyrique George has had a tricky time since his move to Everton, but is now starting to show his potential.
The winger arrived on loan at Chelsea with an option to buy in the summer, but has yet to even pick up a goal contribution for the Toffees.
George has struggled for minutes under David Moyes and has often only been seen as a short cameo from the bench.
Against Crystal Palace, he was brought on with 10 minutes to go and was highly impressive.
As a result, Everton now need to seriously consider activating George’s option to buy.

While George did not have a long time to shine at Selhurst Park, he made the most of it.
According to Fotmob on 11 May, the winger completed 100 per cent of his passes, created one chance, one big chance, completed two dribbles and even helped out defensively by producing one interception and one recovery.
As a result, he was given a 6.8 rating, proving to be one of the best players on the pitch for the Toffees, despite his short amount of game time.
Therefore, it is clear to see the potential George has. It is easy to forget the attacker is still only 20 years old and has plenty of room to grow.
Everton must make the loan a permanent one, as George could prove to have a massive impact next season, especially if the club qualifies for Europe.
Football Insider has exclusively revealed that Everton are planning on signing a big-money striker this summer.
The Toffees have had issues with their frontline all season, with Beto and Thierno Barry proving to be unreliable on a consistent basis.
The Friedkin Group are happy to back Moyes to sort this issue out in the summer and are willing to make additional funds available to finally end this problem.
Everton have been linked with a move for Fulham frontman Raul Jimenez on a free transfer in recent days, but sources have indicated that he does not fit the ideal profile for the Merseyside club due to his age.
As a result, it remains to be seen who the Toffees look to bring in over the next couple of months.
