Usuthu are believed to be leading the race to snap up the Namibian after making an official approach to his club in an effort to get a deal over the line.
According to sources close to Lidoda Duvha, the club has given the green light for Muzeu to seek greener pastures ahead of next season.
"AmaZulu and Sekhukhune are keen to sign the Namibian player. AmaZulu are making frantic efforts and look likely to be the team to secure his services for next season," said a source.
Leopards could lose a host of players after being relegated to the ABC Motsepe League. Other Black Leopards players linked to a move to the Betway Premiership are midfielder Tshenzhelani Radzadzhi and left-back Amukelani Chauke.

This this week Soccer Laduma reported that the pair have attracted interest from clubs in the Betway Premiership, following the team’s relegation from the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
An insider close to the players has revealed to Soccer Laduma that the duo who did well for themselves in a bad season for Leopards are believed not to go down with their team after relegation due to the growing interest in their services.
“The talented Venda-born midfielder Tshenzhelani Radzadzhi, born in 2005, along with left-back Amukelani Chauke, have caught the attention of clubs from the Betway Premiership and the Motsepe Foundation Championship over the past few weeks.
“At the moment, it's still too early to name the clubs, but I can tell you that the interest is high and things could happen before the next pre-season," the source told Soccer Laduma.
