Agbonlahor: Richarlison Is The Slowest Player In Premier League

Former Aston Villa forward Gabby Agbonlahor has labelled Tottenham striker Richarlison as the slowest player in the Premier League following Spurs’ 1-1 draw with Leeds United on Monday.

The comment followed a frustrating performance where Spurs looked toothless in attack.

Reacting after the game, Agbonlahor in a chat with talkSPORT, stated that the Brazilian international has not done enough to help Tottenham this season.

“Because watching that game last night, I mean, Richarlison… I’ll put a bet out there.

“He’s the slowest player in the Premier League. I would have a bet with anyone, Richarlison is the slowest player in the Premier League.

“The amount of times he ran through and (Joe) Rodon, who is not a quick centre-half – straight in – got the ball out of him.

“That was a painful watch, and at times, Leeds, they were in first gear, stepped it up a bit last 20 and they should have won.”
