Calvin Bassey has linked up with the Super Eagles in Warsaw ahead of the national team's final training session before Wednesday's high-profile international friendly against Poland.
However, Bassey's Fulham teammate Alex Iwobi was yet to report to camp on the eve of the match, casting doubt over his participation, despite recent comments on his podcast suggesting he was preparing for Nigeria's June internationals.
A third Fulham player, Samuel Chukwueze, who recently buried his mother, is believed to have been excused from the game on compassionate grounds.
Bassey's arrival in camp will be a welcome boost for Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle, who has been dealing with several withdrawals from the initial squad announced two weeks ago.
The Malian tactician is expected to work with twenty players in this evening's training session.
Tuesday's training session will begin at 18:30 hours, 15 minutes after Chelle addresses the media at the pre-match press conference.
The Super Eagles will train on the main pitch of the PGE Narodowy, the venue for the clash between Poland and Nigeria.
Wilfred Ndidi, Maduka Okoye, Francis Uzoho, Arthur Okonkwo, Bruno Onyemaechi, Zaidu Sanusi, Emmanuel Fernandez, Igoh Ogbu, Frank Onyeka, Raphael Onyedika, Tochukwu Nnadi, Moses Simon, Paul Onuachu, Akor Adams, Terem Moffi, Rafiu Durosinmi, Semi Ajayi, Abdullahi Bewene and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru have all reported for international duty in the Polish capital.
