After a long wait to return to the touchline in the elite division, a former Sekhukhune United coach has completed his move to Chippa United.

Brandon Truter was set to join Chippa as a head coach in October last year, but the club opted for Vusimuzi Vilakazi at the time.

The Chilli Boys have been without a coach for two weeks now after parting ways with Vilakazi. The departure of the former Golden Arrows striker has since paved the way for the man affectionately known as 'Brakkies' to take over coaching reigns at the Eastern Cape-based outfit.

According to sources close to Chippa, he will officially begin his head coach duties during pre-season.

"Brandon has signed with Chippa United. However, he will officially start working with Chippa during the pre-season training," shared a source.
