Friday’s reports claim that Fiorentina are interested in a potential summer deal for recently-capped Italy international Luca Koloesho, who is owned by Burnley and is expected to return from his loan spell with Paris FC.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fiorentina are keen to add more Italian talent to Fabio Grosso’s squad for the 2026-27 season, and Koleosho could be one to come in alongside the likes of Moise Kean, Cher Ndour and Pietro Comuzzo.
Koleosho was born in the United States and has Italian, Canadian and Nigerian heritage and is eligible to represent all four at international level, but has recently earned his first two caps with the Azzurri under interim head coach Silvio Baldini earlier this month.
Koleosho remains under contract with Burnley until the summer of 2029, but could be minded to leave following his side’s relegation to the EFL Championship at the end of the 2025-26 campaign.
Koleosho spent the second half of the 2025-26 season on loan in Ligue 1 with Paris FC, but the French outlet will not be exercising their option to buy according to the latest updates.
