Greek Super League side Panetolikos have extended an invitation to promising Nigerian forward Benjamin Olawale Bolaji to join their upcoming summer pre-season camp following an encouraging trial spell with the club.
Bolaji initially linked up with the Agrinio-based outfit a few months ago, using the opportunity to showcase his talent to the club’s technical staff.
During the trial period, the young striker reportedly stood out with his technical quality, intelligence in movement, and overall understanding of the game, earning positive assessments from the coaching department.
According to Greek journalist Dimitris Manakos, Panetolikos have now decided to offer the Nigerian forward a place in their pre-season preparations ahead of the 2026/2027 campaign.
The extended stay will allow the club to further evaluate his readiness to compete at professional level before making a final decision on a permanent contract.
Bolaji, who is represented by former Panetolikos striker Abiola Dauda, will be aiming to make a strong impression during the pre-season camp as he looks to earn his first professional deal in Europe and follow in the footsteps of his representative at the Greek club.
If successful, his arrival would offer Panetolikos a youthful attacking option while strengthening the squad as they build up preparations for the new season.
