Damien Comolli has officially left his position as CEO of Juventus, but reports in Italy indicate that two further Bianconeri directors could also be heading for early farewells.
Juventus confirmed on Friday that Comolli has left his position as CEO after one year in charge, leaving by mutual consent, although the club are still set to hand over €850,000 in severance pay to the Frenchman.
It has already been confirmed that former Sassuolo executive Giovanni Carnevali has been called in to replace Comolli as CEO.
This might not be the only change to the Juventus senior management structure, though, as reports in Italy indicate that technical director Francois Modesto is also highly likely to leave as well.
Modesto was appointed by Comolli shortly after his arrival in Turin and there has occasionally been confusion as to what the 47-year-old’s role actually entails.
According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Juventus could even announce Modesto’s departure within the next few hours.
Additionally, Juve could also potentially decide to part company with sporting director Marco Ottolini as well. The 46-year-old was only appointed midway through the 2025-26 season, but Calciomercato claims that his position within the Juventus management is under review as well.
As things stand, Ottolini is much more likely to stay on compared to Modesto, but nothing can be ruled out either way at this stage.
