Reality TV star and businesswoman, Shauwn 'MaMkhize' Mkhize, recently turned heads by leading out her Mbabane Highlanders AM side for a derby clash in Eswatini.

Shauwn Mkhize made headlines for more light-hearted reasons this past weekend after taking centre stage during a lively Mbabane Derby in Eswatini, where she led out her side, Mbabane Highlanders AM, in a dramatic entrance that captured attention both in the stadium and online.

The former Royal AM owner, whose club was expelled from the Premier Soccer League following her run-in with SARS, shared the moment with her followers on Instagram as she arrived at Somhlolo National Stadium for the highly anticipated clash against rivals Mbabane Swallows F.C.

In true MaMkhize fashion, she was seen leading a convoy before walking part of the final stretch toward the stadium alongside the team bus — a grand entrance that quickly went viral on social media.

On the pitch, the occasion was just as memorable. Mbabane Highlanders AM edged out Mbabane Swallows 1-0 in a tightly contested derby, securing valuable bragging rights late on in the game.

Reflecting on the experience, MaMkhize took to Instagram to celebrate both the atmosphere and the result, describing derby matches as moments that bring "people together — fun, excitement, passion and the love of the game."
