Morocco head coach Mohamed Ouahbi announced his starting lineup Friday for the national team’s Group C match against Scotland at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Atlas Lions will be led by goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, with Achraf Hakimi, Noussair Mazraoui, Issa Diop and Chadi Riad forming the defensive line.
In midfield, Ouahbi opted for Ayoub Bouaddi, Azzedine Ounahi, Ismael Saibari and Bilal El Khannouss. Ibrahim Diaz and Youssef El Aynaoui will lead the attack.
Scotland enters the match with three points following a victory in its opening group-stage fixture, while Morocco sits on one point after earning a draw against one of the tournament favorites.
