Ouahbi unveils Atlas Lions lineup for Haiti match

Morocco head coach Mohamed Ouahbi has settled on his starting lineup for the Atlas Lions’ final Group C match against Haiti at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The lineup features goalkeeper Yassine Bounou behind a defensive line led by captain Achraf Hakimi alongside Riad, Halhal and Salah Eddine. In midfield, Sofyan Amrabat and Neil El Aynaoui are joined by Bilal El Khannouss, while Brahim Diaz and Ismael Saibari support striker Ayoub El Kaabi in attack.

The match carries significant importance for Morocco as the Atlas Lions seek to secure qualification for the knockout stage and strengthen their position in Group C.

Morocco entered the fixture after collecting four points from their opening two matches, drawing 1-1 with Brazil before defeating Scotland 1-0. The result left the North African side level on points with Brazil ahead of the final round of group-stage matches.

Ouahbi had stressed before the game that Morocco’s objective was clear: victory against Haiti and a strong finish to the group phase.
