In this edition of Supporters Forum, a clarion call has been made to those who swear by the Skull and Crossbones, with history set to be made in Orlando Pirates’ penultimate game of the season.

"I'm pleading with all households, especially in Soweto, to start buying champagne, fireworks and meat, and not forget to clean their braai stands so that by the time the match ends, everything is set up for celebrations," declares Jwara-Bucs.

The passionate Buccaneers die-hard is pleading with all of his fellow supporters to start preparing for what he says will be the biggest celebration in recent years on Saturday.

The Soweto giants needs only three points to be crowned this season's Betway Premiership champions, and will face Durban City FC at the Orlando Amstel Arena this weekend.

"Allow me to thank Richards Bay FC, Stellenbosch FC, Kaizer Chiefs, and salute to TS Galaxy for confirming Pirates as this season's league champions on Tuesday. I thank the Pirates fans for filling up stadiums the whole season, home and away."

"Come Saturday," cautions the ardent supporter.

"Kuyophela amaphupho [dreams will end]. Thanks to our coach, ‘Mude-Mude’ [the Tall One] for destroying what was about to be a very bad record by Mamelodi Sundowns. Winning the league seven to eight times in a row made them behave like they own the league."

Jwara-Bucs says should Pirates win the league, this will show everyone that the Betway Premiership is a competetive league.

“Pirates have brought back the hope to the other PSL teams – they now see it is possible, they now see it can be done."

“Pirates has brought back the dignity of the PSL by making it a competition again,” he adds, before congratulations Abdeslam Ouaddou for winning the league title in his first season at the club.

“We thank him for listening to the Pirates supporters when we asked him at the beginning of the season to go back to the tried and tested players of the team. Because of that, we've won the MTN8, Carling Knockout, and Betway Premiership this season.

“On Saturday, we will be Happy People once again."
