The club showed, through Bucs Camp episode 3, that they brought in Training121, Ireland's leading extra training provider, to help players unlock confidence, creativity, new skill sets and football intelligence.
For Relebohile Mofokeng, the intervention has proven transformative.
The Pirates attacker has rattled in 10 goals since the turn of the year, emerging as a genuine contender for the Player of the Season award and cementing his place in the Bafana Bafana squad currently in Mexico.
"I think 121 helped with a lot of things, like how to position the ball, how to set up the ball. Those were areas that we were struggling with, but they were able to help us with finishing.
"They helped us understand how to use space. How to use your space and time when shooting. Most of our goals came this year, and they helped us in January. Since they arrived, we saw a lot of improvement from outside the box," Mofokeng told the Pirates media team.
