Rangers will hope Bailey Rice can convince Mikey Moore to push for a return to Rangers in the ongoing transfer window.
The midfielder is reportedly set to sign a new contract with the Gers and then possibly head out on loan to further develop.
As for the Tottenham Hotspur star, he enjoyed a fruitful spell at the Light Blues and they would definitely love to have him back at the club ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
Moore has been hanging out with Rice ahead of next season and it looks like the two have struck up a partnership off the field, which may give the Ibrox hierarchy some encouragement to bring the Spurs forward back soon.
The 18-year-old attacker was pivotal to Danny Rohl's plans and success at the Glaswegian outfit and it wouldn't be surprising to see Derek McInnes have a similar view of him.
With the Govan side clearly in need of attacking reinforcements on their wings, it would be a no-brainer decision to re-sign the English forward in the coming weeks.
Gers fans were undoubtedly most impressed by Moore this season, with the youngster carrying Rohl's attacks at times.
At times during the 2025-26 campaign, the Tottenham loanee was the only reliable creative outlet for the Light Blues, and he ended up scoring seven goals and providing three assists in the William Hill Premiership.
The winger's heatmap mostly covered the left half of the final third and he created seven big chances and recorded 1.2 key passes per game in 33 league appearances.
Moore seemed like one of the few players who was playing without fear for the Glaswegian outfit, as he recorded 1.5 successful dribbles and 1.9 shots per game.
Football Insider transfer correspondent Pete O'Rourke doesn't expect Rangers to massively change their summer plans under McInnes, but he will surely have a say in the recruitment strategy.
Moore's signing is something McInnes will surely get behind, considering the current options at the Gers on the left-wing include Nedim Bajrami and Djeidi Gassama.
The Spurs youngster was one of the Govan side's best players in the 2025-26 campaign, but it remains to be seen whether the North London outfit will be willing to do a deal.
