England look to Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham again in a head-to-head for the top of World Cup Group L with Ghana’s Kamaldeen Sulemana.
It kicks off in Boston at 21.00 UK time (22.00 CEST).
Both teams won their opening games in the competition, so this is a face-off for the top of the group and early qualification to the next phase.
England had to dig deep for a thrilling 4-2 victory over Croatia, which was already 2-2 at half-time, and coach Thomas Tuchel sticks with largely the same starting XI.
He is hoping to get the job done tonight and then rotate his squad for the final group game against Panama.
The changes are Marc Guehi in for John Stones and ex-Genoa man Djed Spence preferred to Nico O’Reilly.
Bayern Munich striker Kane scored twice against Croatia and leads the line once more with support from Noni Madueke, Bellingham and Anthony Gordon, as Bukayo Saka is not fully fit.
Ghana also won their opener, squeezing past Panama 1-0 deep into stoppages thanks to a goal from Caleb Yirenkyi.
Veteran Jordan Ayew is upfront, with support from Antoine Semenyo, but Atalanta forward Kamaldeen Sulemana drops to the bench.
Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi had gone off at half-time in that game with injury, so Benjamin Asare takes the gloves this time.
The biggest change is the introduction of Thomas Partey, who was not allowed into Canada for the opening match due to his well-known legal troubles.
England: Pickford; James, Konsa, Guehi, Spence; Anderson, Rice; Madueke, Bellingham, Gordon; Kane
Ghana: Asare; Senaya, Adjetey, Opoku, Mensah; Yirenkyi, Partey; Inaki Williams, Sibo, Semenyo; Ayew
