Arsenal fans are urging the club to sell Gabriel Jesus this summer with his future in north London uncertain.

Jesus’ contract at Arsenal expires in a year’s time, and he faces competition from Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz for a place in the starting line-up.

The 29-year-old had little impact during Arsenal’s Premier League title-winning campaign, and is not likely to start the Champions League final against PSG.

The Brazilian’s time at the club has been severely disrupted by injuries, and a move abroad could be on the cards this summer.

Arsenal may look to sell some players this summer in order to balance the books, as they are set to try and strengthen the squad in a couple of positions.

Breaking news on deals in progress, signings, departures, and contract news from the Emirates boardroom.

Speaking to ESPN Brazil, Jesus believes he still has a lot to offer Arsenal, and wants to continue to prove to himself that he can play at the top level.

Jesus though gave little away in regards to where he will be playing his football next season, but it is clear that Arsenal fans do not want it to be at Emirates Stadium.

Since arriving from Man City in 2022, Jesus has not been a prolific goal scorer and he missed three big chances during their final day victory over Crystal Palace.

The Arsenal fan base are all in agreement that the club need to raise funds from the sale of Jesus this summer, with one saying the “time for sentiment is over.”

Jesus & Trossard MUST be SOLD before the start of next season. Thank you 4 your service but for Jesus, 3 goals this season & avg 21 goals in 4 seasons is poor 4 a PL Striker. The left side of Arsenal attack is weak so better players required.

This is the same guy who had zero impact against lower league Port Vale and Mansfield in our failed cup runs and fails to score in multiple one on ones with the keeper. The time for sentiment is over, he should be moved on. Thanks for your service Gabriel.

Bro thank you but Just leave my club please 🙏

No, Nein, Non, Node. Don’t you dare give him another contract @Arsenal

His time is up long time ago. He is obviously not good enough. He and havertz have carried huge wage bills which Arsenal must reduce.

Please don’t prove yourself, please I am begging you just go ehn 🙏🙏🙏

Please brother you can do that elsewhere. 😭 https://t.co/br5MNJPjKZ

Love this guy and was probably the most excited I’d been about a signing since Özil when he came but it’s essential we cash in this summer https://t.co/sXyCloTi7U

Arsenal defender Ben White could be another player that leaves the club this summer in search of more regular playing time.

White has faced increased competition for his place in the team from Jurrien Timber this season, whilst Cristhian Mosquera can also operate at right-back.

Everton have held interest in signing the 28-year-old as David Moyes is looking to sign a new right-back to strengthen his squad.

Former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that White is preparing talks with Arsenal over his future, and he could reject a move to Everton if playing time is guaranteed by Mikel Arteta.

White is currently sidelined with a knee injury which means he is out of the Champions League final, and has not been selected in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for this summer’s World Cup.

Inside the transfer budget, player wages, new kits, off-pitch deals and boardroom developments at Emirates Stadium.
