Siwelele FC goalkeeper Ricardo Goss, currently on loan from Mamelodi Sundowns, has shared his thoughts on his future, with his two-season loan coming to an end.
Goss has enjoyed an impressive 2025/2026 Betway Premiership season while on loan at Siwelele FC from his parent club, Mamelodi Sundowns.
The 32-year-old has firmly established himself as the team’s undisputed number-one choice between the posts, starting 28 league matches and keeping 14 clean sheets, including a 'Jesus Christ' performance against Orlando Pirates.
As the season draws to an end, the shotstopper is expected to discuss his future with Sundowns, but has revealed his preference.
"I think I would like to come back to Siwelele," Goss told journalists at the cub's base on Wednesday.
"They (Siwelele) have really treated me well here, not to say they didn't treat me well at Sundowns, but you know, I feel like in football, everyone wants to be on the pitch.
"You want to play week in and week out and set goals for yourself for the season, and ya, eish, we will see how that goes. I can't comment any further."
"So obviously after the season ends, after the second year of the loan ends, then I have to go back to Sundowns. My management, they are the ones who partake in the talks about what is going to happen, where I am going to go."

Goss will be keeping one eye on the Bafana Bafana squad, where he will be hoping for a spot in the final 26-man selection set to represent South Africa at the FIFA World Cup in June.
He faces competition from Mamelodi Sundowns' Ronwen Williams, Orlando Pirates' Sipho Chaine, Sekhukhune United's Renaldo Leaner and Kaizer Chiefs' Brandon Petersen.
Siwelele, who sit 10th on the log table with one match to play, can still make a late push for a top eight finish should they beat upcoming opponents Sekhukhune United on Saturday.
