After a difficult first season at Mamelodi Sundowns, left back Fawaaz Basadien is facing the tough prospect of not seeing much game time again next season, but indications are that he remains determined to fight for his place at Chloorkop.

Lunga signed a new contract at Sundowns a few months ago and is expected to be part of the first team for some time to come, while Thato Sibiya will also be an option if he is not loaned out.

Mashego is understood to have attracted interest from Stellenbosch, while Durban City are hoping to keep the former TS Galaxy player on board after he spent the season on loan to them.
