Chikoya: What Ouaddou is thinking
Former Orlando Pirates defender Innocent Chikoya has shared what he thinks Abdeslam Ouaddou's future plans are.
Orlando Pirates legend Innocent Chikoya has opened up about head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou's worrying statement shortly after the club won the Betway Premiership title.
In only his first season, Ouaddou clinched a first league-treble at the club in 14 years but the Moroccan coach has got the Pirates supporters worried after making suggestions that he is not sure if he would have the energy to continue for next season.

The former AS Vita Club tactician revealed that he feels drained and that he works with passion and love and he would have to consider if he will continue for the upcoming campaign, hinting that he is not in a good state of mind.
Chikoya says Ouaddou may have been misunderstood but he understands the intense pressure that comes with representing Ezimnyamna Ngenkani.
"I heard him say he's tired but I think maybe we took it out of context when the coach said he's tired and we think he's going to resign or he wants to leave," Chikoya said, speaking to Kickoff.
The former Zimbabwean international said sometimes coaches says these things because of the emotions.
"The guy is tired emotionally and physically and thinks 'you know what, after this gruelling season I need a rest, not from coaching and not from Pirates.
I just need a rest to go out with my family and just forget about football and I'll come back when I've recharged the batteries',"

The retired defender said the club and its supporters might be in the dark regarding the coach's stabding, but Chikoya said he doesn't want the coach to leave.
"A lot of people take this club for granted and take this club small. You know when you're at this club, you feel it. When you're outside you don't feel it but when you're inside that's when you feel the pressure," Chikoya admitted.
"It's not easy to play for Pirates. Look at every season, how many players walk through that door," the former Zimbabwean left-back added.
