Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen have announced the permanent acquisition of London-born Nigerian striker Toyosi Olusanya.
The 28-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with Aberdeen following a successful loan spell in the second half of last season, during which he made eighteen appearances in all competitions and registered three goal involvements.
He joins The Dons as a free agent following the expiry of his contract with Major League Soccer club Houston Dynamo.
Olusanya becomes the fifth player signed by Aberdeen in the summer transfer window, after Alexander Briedl, Lewis Mayo, Brad Lyons and Dan Happe.
A product of the AFC Wimbledon academy, Toyosi lists Kingstonian, Walton Casuals, Fleet Town, Gosport Borough, Cheshunt and Billericay Town among his previous clubs.
He has also worn the colours of Middlesbrough, St Mirren, Arbroath and Doncaster Rovers in the past.
Speaking on his permanent switch to Aberdeen, Olusanya said: "I am buzzing to be back.
"From the moment I arrived in January, I felt welcomed by everyone at the Club. The staff, the players and the supporters all made me feel at home.
"Coming in during the middle of a season isn't always easy. I was still working my way back to full fitness and adapting to a new environment, but I felt I improved as the weeks went on and now I have the opportunity to start again with a full pre-season behind me."
Toyosi is expected to join the Aberdeen squad later this week as preparations for the new 2026-27 season commence.
