Fiorentina director Fabio Paratici insists he’s not considering changing clubs already, despite fresh links with Milan: ‘Do you want me to move already?’
Fiorentina director Paratici is not considering becoming the Milan sporting director next season.
The Rossoneri are expected to part ways with Igli Tare after just one year, and some Italian sources have suggested that Paratici is a candidate for the role.
“I’ve just bought a house in Florence, do you want me to move already? If you had seen me over the past three months, you wouldn’t even ask this question,” Paratici told Sky Sport Italia.
“I’m super focused on Fiorentina, for now and for the future. I have nothing else to say. It’s always nice to receive expressions of appreciation, but that doesn’t mean one should change.”
Paratici was already linked to becoming Milan’s sporting director last summer, but he was about to end a 30-month ban, so the Rossoneri eventually picked Tare.
A former Juventus and Tottenham director, Paratici, left North London after the January 2026 transfer window to return to Serie A, signing with Fiorentina.
“Fiorentina want to build something solid; we’ll see which players we’ll do it with,” he added.
Moise Kean is unavailable for today’s Serie A match against Juventus, but will the Italian be part of the Tuscans’ project?
“He is recovering. Don’t forget that what we say today might be contradicted tomorrow, so it’s useless to say anything,” Paratici concluded.
Fiorentina visit Juventus at the Allianz Stadium in Turin today and are leading 1-0 at half-time thanks to a goal from Cher Ndour.
