Roma are reportedly open to accepting offers above €20m for defender Jan Ziolkowski, as West Ham United and Newcastle United are interested.
The Poland international will turn 21 next month and was snapped up from Legia Warsaw last summer for €6.6m plus a 10 per cent cut of the future sale fee.
Although he has been given very little playing time this season, the Giallorossi were still hopeful he would develop and therefore eager to resist proposals from elsewhere.
However, the situation seems to be changing, as transfer pundit Eleonora Trotta claims that the club is now open to listening if there are offers above €20m.
Those would come from the Premier League, with West Ham United and Newcastle United known to be tracking Ziolkowski’s progress.
He made 22 appearances for the club so far this season, scoring one goal, but notably only nine of those were in the starting XI.
The defender is pushing to get more regular playing time, so a sale is now possible, especially if it raises investment money that can be used elsewhere to strengthen the squad.
