Leverkusen paid 30 million for him.Sportively, Quansah was one of last season's big winners at Leverkusen.
While the club underperformed overall, he improved steadily and became a defensive mainstay.Nominated for England by Thomas Tuchel, he played 44 competitive matches in his first season, scoring five goals including four in the Bundesliga.
Bild also states that, the defender is expected to remain part of the team regardless of who takes charge next, with his versatility allowing him to fit comfortably into both four-man and three-man defensive systems.
