Broos is likely to leave out all the Sundowns players in his starting line-up for the friendly international, to give them a bit of rest ahead of the FIFA World Cup, with Bafana playing the opening game of the competition against co-hosts Mexico on June 11. The Belgian could give a few of the players some minutes, but indications are that the focus is to give them sufficient time to recover after the busy period they've gone through.

Sundowns players have gone through a hectic period over the last few months, with the club going all the way to the Champions League final.

Bafana captain Ronwen Williams has the most appearances by a Sundowns player in the national team this season, featuring 44 times for the Tshwane giants. Aubrey Modiba is in second with 42 appearances in all competitions.
